* Day-to-day collections operations for Sbi credit card.

* Monitor the accounts receivables, provide management with status reports.

* Prepare timely resolution report for the allocation.

* Resolve queries of customers regarding sbi card.

* Payment research (payment allocation, lost checks, payments in transit.

* Monthly reconciliation of the resolution report.

* Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report for the same.

* Maintain bad debt and bad debt recovery records.

* Maintain dialer hygiene like Wrap%/Not ready % etc

- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries

- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

- Strong desire to learn new testing and development practices, languages, and tools

- Proven ability to work in a global team environment

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Ability to complete tasks independently and learn quickly

- Ability to mentor more junior team members
