Responsibilities:
- Design, build, integrate, and test product backlog items (features) into high quality shippable software
- Build and maintain test frameworks and automated test suites
- Develop system test environments and test suites
- Lead Interoperability testing on a specific solution
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to identify customer use cases and needs
- Develop test scenarios based on customer use cases
- Keep skills up-to-date through self-learning
- Participate in regular team reviews and retrospectives to identify and fix gaps in team’s process
- Build and keep up-to-date multi-product knowledge and expertise
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing with C#, Java, or C++ , overall around 10years experience
- Strong Test Automation Expertise
- Expertise with Test Management tools (HP ALM -QC), Test Automation Tools (HP UFT), Defect Management Tools
- Advanced knowledge of SQL queries
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn new testing and development practices, languages, and tools
- Proven ability to work in a global team environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to complete tasks independently and learn quickly
- Ability to mentor more junior team members
