* Assist Recruitment Function and Hiring managers in hiring process that includes: Sourcing, scheduling & coordinating interviews.
   
* Preparing offer letters, Hiring Reports & Dashboards.
   
* Provide support & coordinate the operational tasks in Campus Hiring.
   
* Ensure & maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
   
* Manage the recruitment process for contract staffing via vendors
   
* Prepare documentation for orientation session.
   
* Manage day to day queries on recruiting.
   
* Maintaining and tracking employee referral database.
   
* Manage Induction formalities.
   
* Facilitate New Hire Orientation program
   
* Any other task as required.
