How To Apply :Interested and eligible candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with Xerox copy of all relevant certificates, one passport size photograph affixed enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied so as to reach Asst Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, South East Central Railway, R.T.S.
