5.    Experience at least one Year in development Project
6.    Added advantage if Associate has unit testing knowledge

Dot Net:

1.    Good Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
2.    C# and ASP.Net is mandatory
3.    Added advantage if Associate has WCF/Web services knowledge
4.    Added advantage if Associate has basic Database knowledge
5.    Experience at least one Year in development Project
6.    Added advantage if Associate has unit testing knowledge

Interview Process:

1.    Written Test of 1.5 Hour
2.    Candidates shortlisted in written test only will be taken through the interview process.
3. Minimum 2 Years experience is mandatory. Less than 2 years will not be considered.

- Coding skills in Python or JavaScript/AJAX, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming.
