Responsibilities :
# Respond to queries made on transport issues by employees on a regular basis over calls on Transport Help Desk.
# Work in close co ordination with transport teams and provide resolution
# Escalate matters of emergency on occurrence
# Act with maturity and patience
# Make Outbound calls in the FFBLD window - Confirm females employees have reached home safely
Eligibility Criteria :
# Graduate freshers/experienced candidates.
# Communication Skills - good communication skills and should be able to converse over the phone with clarity. Should be able to interact in both English and Hindi.
# Knowledge of MS excel
# Basic computer skills - internet, responding on e mails etc.
# Ability to take stress during high call volumes
# Good Listener- Ability to take full control and responsibility over the call
# Coordination skills with analytical ability
# Good geographical knowledge of places and points in Delhi
# Pleasing personality
