NIIT Technologies Ltd is conducting a schedule walk-in interview drive on this Sat, 21-Sep-2013 at NIIT Technologies, Noida between 9:00AM till 11:30AM (Entry Time) for Automation Testing professionals having 2-8 years of Technical Hands on experience of Automation Testing using QTP,VB Scripting, Descriptive Scripting, Selenium.
Walk-in Details are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 21-Sep-2013, Entry Time: 9:00Am to 11:30AM (Entry closed after 11:30AM)

Exp. Range: Relevant Technical Hands on exp. of 2-8 yrs. in Software Application Automation Testing using QTP, VB Scripting, Descriptive Scripting, Selenium.
Mandatory Skills: QTP, VB Scripting, Descriptive Scripting,
Optional Good to have skill : Selenium.

Interview Process : Mandatory Non Verbal Test(30Min) -> Testing Technical Test for exp. range of less than 5 yrs(60M)(30Min) -> Technical Interview(Min.15 M- 45 M Max.) ->Application form filling(20-30) -> Final Managerial Interview(Min. 15 M – 45 M Max) -> HR Discussion(15-30 Min).
Note: To complete all process we at least required Min.4 hours for each candidate. It can also last till EOD as well depending upon the waiting time, thus we required at least your full day availability for completing all the i/v process in one day.
JD is as follows:
1. Define Test Plan/Test Approach/Test Strategy for owned features.
2. Having hands-on experience in any Automation tool-QTP, LR, WR along with scripting skills(VB Scripting will be preferred).
3. Experience of designing and developing Automation Framework.
4. Database knowledge SQL/PLSQL/Oracle8i/ Oracle 9i/ MS-SQL/DB2
5. Reporting test preparation and execution progress.
6. Planning and execution of tests in efficient and organized way.
7. Mentor other team members in Process and Technology.
8. Provide essential support to team to ensure the quality of the product.
9. Independently assess quality and provide feedback, suggest process improvements.

Desired Profile  :
Should have relevant 2-8 yrs of Automation Testing exposure using QTP and VB Scripting.
QTP knowledge is not required as requirement is for Technical hands on exp. in Automation Testing using QTP & VB Scripting.
Resource required within 15 days thus not looking for candidate with 15 days above Notice Period.
Manual Testing professionals will not be entertained & not allowed for this drive.
Candidates should have 60% marks scored thru out the academics like in 10th, 12th & B.Tech / MCA-Regular.
Candidates completed MCA thru correspondence / Distance Learning / Part Time are not eligible for this drive.
Should possess excellent English communication skill for interacting with international clients & customer.
