Job Description :

Production Support (3 to 7 yrs) WALK-IN on Sunday, 22nd August, 2013, at Tech Mahindra, Pune.

Technologies / Skills required:
Production support 24×7
Capable/willing to work in shifts for given application patch
Application Functional Knowledge
Manage L2 support activities
Coordinate with offshore and onsite PoC to execute activities
Assistance in maintaining Quality documentation (CMMi, ISO, TL9K, etc.), collecting data and records
Offshore 24×7 production support, ready to work in any shift as per ROTA

Mandatory :
Good knowledge of Unix and Linux
Good knowledge of Oracle – SQL, PL/SQL
3-5 yr exp
Web and application server knowledge

Desired:
Weblogic, Weblogic admin
Shell/Perl scripting
