Job Description:
• Desktop Support Skills , Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Sound Knowledge in OS, Troubleshooting skills in client based OS & applications
• Knowledge in Windows server 2008 , Linux Desktop and Server Support
• Basic Knowledge on Network Routers/Switches. Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Related Issues
• Experience on Anti-Virus client support, Standard & specific Application Installation & Configuration
• Client Accessories Configuration Printer, Fax, Wireless Devices, etc www.presentjobs.com
• Operation Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance
• Managing the Level 1/ Helpdesk Performance. Monitoring of servers, Network and Infra.
• Help internal staff with installation, configuration for Desktop/Server/Network with Application Support.
• Providing a Single Point of Contact between the customer & the service
• Responding to alerts and / or tickets that are either auto-generated or user raised by Customer and Resolving the issue based on Incident

Education Qualification: Fresher with Any Graduation or Diploma or BE.

Finalization Process: Final Selection will be done by Project Lead for the Training Program. Candidates need to clear final placement test before appearing for client interview.
Final Placement: Candidates will be giving final interview at the client location & shortlisted based on their criteria.
