* Minimum of 1 years experience in account administration and troubleshooting for Application/Database, Mainframe/Midrange, UNIX or Wintel.

* Basic project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Customer orientated
* Professional and committed
* Has an eye for detail to identify potential risk
* Proactive, driven and able to work on their own initiative
* Ability to work overtime and under pressure
* Problem Solving / Troubleshooting skills.
* Flexible with regard to working shifts as well as being available for off hour and weekend support
* Strong understanding of security administration and certification processes
* Familiarity with access control policies and standards
