Anna University, Chennai is organizing “Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Programme”
(TNSLPP) 2013-14, for the Present Final Year (2014 Passing Out
Students) studying in University Colleges and Self Financing Engineering
Colleges of Tamil Nadu, under Coimbatore Zone.
M/s Cognizant Technology Solutions,
has kindly agreed to participate in this Placement programme on 22nd
& 23rd December 2013 for Coimbatore Zone. Centre for University
Industry Collaboration (CUIC), Anna University, Chennai is conducting
this programme at Kongunadu College of Engineering & Technology,
Namakkal – Trichy Main Road, Tholurpatti, Thottiam, Trichy District –
621 215.
Final year students of B.E. / B.Tech.
(CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, ICE & IT) and PG (MCA) with CGPA between 7.00
and 7.50 (no rounding off) and above (No Standing Arrears) from I
Semester to Last Semester are eligible to participate in this programme.
It is mandatory that all the students should have secured an average of
70.00 to 75.00% (no rounding off) and above marks consistently in 10th
Std. and 12th Std. The students who had already particpated in the
previous CTS placement drive are strictly not eligible to participate
now. It is requested that the Principal / Placement Officer of the
College should verify the marks of the students and certify their
eligibility to attend the TNSLPP.
All the eligible candidates have to pay a
one time Registration fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty
only) in the form of Demand draft drawn in favour of “The Director, CUIC, Anna University”
payable at Chennai. The Principal / Placement Officers may collect the
Registration Fee from the students and make One Consolidated Demand
Draft and submit the hard copy of the registration form (Annexure-I)
along with the Consolidated Demand Draft to the CUIC Staff Members
camped at Kongunadu College of Engineering & Technology, Thottiam on
22.12.2013 at 7.30 a.m. at the time of Registration.
